Along a narrow path leading between two powerful, dark buildings, a small girl stumbles about at night searching for something. She isn’t sure what she is searching for but it is strong, and she can feel that she’s getting closer. It is almost as if a magnet were pulling her nearer, an unexplainable force leading the way. All along, a growing temptation stirs about becoming almost intolerable. The only energy left within her is that of survival, and it causes her to become irritated and frustrated. She struggles to keep that last bit of sanity while her mind becomes fixated with the path before her. Her breathing is calm, almost too calm while her heart beats rapidly against her chest. Soon, she can feel that she is close and becomes intensely focused on what she is looking for.
There it was. At the end of the path. She reached out in front of her and closed her eyes, finally giving in to all temptations she had. Her focus becomes locked on the energy alone as an almost overwhelming sensation flows throughout her body, calming and relaxing her mind. Intoxication takes over and she drifts into an almost unconscious state, hanging on for a moment before letting the flare in her eyes drift away and returning to her normal state. When she opens her eyes she finds herself once again on the path, but this time back where she started.
